**Requirements**:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship or related field.
- 3+ years of experience defining and driving product marketing for technology products in complex and technical environments. A demonstrated interest in data integration and analytics.
- Experience working on international donor funded projects related to global health and other development sectors preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a role that requires significant writing and/or communications strategy in support of complex projects.
- Strong customer empathy and ability to adapt communication to best engage different audiences.
- Ability to translate technical concepts and differentiators through concise and compelling written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail when crafting documents (e.g., correct grammar, consistent formatting, attention to customer language choice).
- Demonstrated project management skills, highly organized and able to rapidly adapt to changing situations and inputs.
- Ability to work effectively remotely with people from a wide range of cultural and
- professional backgrounds.
- Strong collaboration in cross-functional team environments but also able to act quickly as the decision-maker
- You have a strong intuition to get into the details of the problem and design creative solutions
- Ability to generate many ideas and willingness to abandon them.
- Excellent verbal and written English skills. French and/or Portuguese fluency (written and spoken) is a plus.
**Responsibilities**
The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market plans for the clients product and services. They are looking for an energetic, motivated self-starter that has a passion for technology and can translate the capabilities of a technology solution into sales messaging and positioning. You will be responsible for the delivery of consistent messaging that highlights the differentiated value proposition in all sales collateral, conduct knowledge transfer and training in both direct and indirect channels, and contribute to core messaging for the fulfillment of marketing tactics. This position requires a combination of strong technical, marketing skills, project/program management, knowledge about the competitive landscape, and deep understanding of buyer personas.
- ** Knowledge Generation**:Work with internal Delivery and Growth and Partnership (G&P) stakeholders to understand project activities, document their impact and communicate project challenges related to our client’s product. Create briefs and presentations to socialize this knowledge externally, support learning about the work and generate demand for the services.
- ** Technical Writing**:Understand the needs of customers and partners and present these needs within the company. Write briefs and presentations, in collaboration with the G&P/Delivery/Product teams, for internal and external stakeholders to communicate the client’s positioning in the market. Materials may include slide decks, case studies, 2-pagers, white papers, proposal materials, ad-hoc marketing assets, and website content.
- ** Technical Business Development**:Create and manage high-impact sales enablement materials that shorten sales cycles and increase conversion rates. Develop sales tools including presentations and demonstration scripts to effectively communicate solutions. Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients and be responsible for crafting and creating new product demonstrations including demo data.
- ** Analysis & Research**:Work with G&P, Delivery and Product teams to ascertain the unserved needs and market opportunities and competitive landscape. Gather and analyze data about customers, competitors, and current openings in the market.
- ** Partnerships**: Cultivate and nurture relationships with customers in strategic markets to support the company’s goals, including fleshing out partners and new offerings with data collection providers, data science providers, in the interoperability landscape and more.
