**Who we are looking for**:
**What will you do**:

- Define and update product offering (models and specs) and provide product newsletters.
- Steer the PDR processes and product evaluations.
- Provide competitive comparisons (pricing inclusive), sales argumentation (key features, competitive advantages), training material, and input for brand communications.
- Define price positioning, market segments and customer profiles.
- Prepare and maintain PBU's and price lists.
- Analyse product needs and market trends, such as models and specifications, volumes by brand, target selling price and requested timing.
- Prepare and distribute relevant Sales and Marketing Bulletins and Notifications, Marketing Strategy and Promotional campaigns.
- Prepare and maintain marketing forecasts.
- Prepare annual budgets for all relevant products.
- Introduce new products and ensure NPI processes are adhered to.
- Prepare and present all relevant product and sales training requirements.
- Train Sales Managers and Distributor Sales Staff and support demo activities.
- Manage feedback from product specialists of all African markets.
- Evaluate and arrange testing of prototypes before launches.
- Satisfy AMPIP process requirements.
- Manage aged stock to AGCO accepted levels.
**What will you bring**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture or Farm Machinery.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience.
- Product knowledge in Harvesting.
- Strong data analytics and processing skills.
**A plus if you have**:

- Intercultural competence.
- Very good English language skills are a must, preferably French or Portuguese language skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self
- motivated, independent yet cooperatively delivering on agreed outcomes.
