Job Title: Part-time Office Assistant.
**Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Wednesday, 3 days a week - 9am to 5pm**
**Educational Requirements: Matric**
QikTruck, a rapidly growing logistics company, is seeking a young vibrant dedicated and reliable part-time Office Assistant to join our team. This position is perfect for someone looking to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where they can develop their skills and contribute to the success of the company.
**Responsibilities**:
Provide general administrative support to various departments within the company, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Assist in managing the reception area, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
Coordinate and maintain records for staff, including attendance, leave, and contact information.
Assist with scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and making travel arrangements for staff members.
Maintain office supply inventory and order new supplies as needed.
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and budgeting.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Perform any additional duties as required to support the overall operations of the company.
**Qualifications**:
- Matric certificate required.
- Excellent understanding of websites and apps.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is a plus.
