We are looking for an individual who is strong in excel and data analysis to assist the Financial Manager to order, import, forecast and provide reporting and business intelligence on our inventory

**DUTIES / TASKS**
- Collate customer forecasting information **Pull historical reports from Sage to analyse sales for forecasting future stock requirements ** Model forecasts for future stock requirements **Create stock codes on Sage Evolution for new stock items according to protocol ** Liase with clearing agents and provide documents for clearing and moving stock items from bond and into country **Costing of all landed stock ** Month end stock take recons and stock adjustments with approvals **GRV incoming stock on Sage Evolution for all incoming stock ** Negotiate rates and liase with clearing house for imports **Provide clearing documents as required with the clearing house ** Place orders for stock with international suppliers as required **Maintain accurate records for all imports according to SARS requirements ** Maintain accurate supplier records for imports **Assist from time to time with stock counts or any other administrative tasks**

**Minimum requirement**
- Matric **Advanced excel skills and Office 365 ** Sage Evolution knowledge / experience preferable **Tertiary qualification in finance preferable ** Minimum of 3 years procurement / import / forecasting experience **Work independently and/or as part of a team ** Communicate fluently in English (one other an advantage) **Accurate, attention to detail**
