**Key Responsibilities**:

- Invoice Management**:

- Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.
- Verify and reconcile invoices against orders and contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain and update customer invoice records in the financial system.
**- Financial Administration**:

- Manage and respond to SARS (South African Revenue Service) queries and communications.
- Communicate with relevant authorities regarding financial matters and compliance.
- Assist the accountant with administrative tasks related to their duties.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.
**- Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Enter and update financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Generate financial reports and summaries for management review.
**- Compliance and Reporting**:

- Assist compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and accounting standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Prepare and submit tax forms, financial statements, and other regulatory filings as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Education and Experience:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred, but not required.
- Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk, Financial Administrator, or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software welcome (Xero) and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
