Key Responsibilities:
  • Process new employee information, salaries, overtime, tips, commissions, terminations, promotions, pension fund contributions, and deductions for staff loans or savings.
  • Review and verify approved overtime, commission, and tips for accuracy.
  • Run and reconcile monthly payroll summaries, including Evolution Payroll accounts, and submit to the Financial Manager by the 10th of each month.
  • Import payroll into the bank for approval and handle employee queries regarding payroll discrepancies.
  • Communicate and document UIF applications for employees and assist HODs with salary sheets, rate calculation, and BCEA requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in SAGE300. A competitive salary range is R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
