Social Media Coordinator

Our well-known client that specializes in investment and development of real estate property, has an opportunity for a Social Media Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in in managing and enhancing the client’s digital presence across various platforms.
You will be responsible for the following:
- **Social Media Strategy & Execution**:_
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others. − Create, schedule, and manage daily content across all social media channels to ensure consistent brand messaging. − Execute paid social media campaigns and optimize performance to meet goals (lead generation, website traffic, brand awareness)
- **Content Creation & Curation**:_
Create engaging and shareable content including graphics, videos, and copy for social media posts. − Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to produce high-quality content that aligns with the brand’s voice and objectives. −Curate and share relevant content from industry sources and partners to keep the community engaged
- **Community Engagement & Management**:_
Monitor, moderate, and engage with social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. − Build and foster relationships with online followers, influencers, and key industry players.
- **Social Media Analytics & Reporting**:_
Track, analyse, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, native platform insights, and other social media analytics tools. − Provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign improvements and adjustments based on data-driven analysis. − Maintain a social media content calendar to track posting schedules, campaign timelines, and milestones.
- **Collaborative Planning & Campaign Coordination**:_
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and other internal teams to ensure social media campaigns align with overall marketing initiatives. − Coordinate with external vendors or influencers as needed for campaigns, product launches, or events.
- **Trend Monitoring & Innovation**:_
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media, content marketing, and digital communication. − Continuously explore new platforms, technologies, and creative strategies to drive social media growth and engagement.
- **Education**:_
Matric
Tertiary qualification will be adv.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in the real estate or property industry
Proven track record of executing successful social media campaigns with measurable outcomes (engagement, leads, conversions)
Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and their respective best practices
Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- **Skills**:_
Strong understanding of content creation tools (e.g., Canva etc.) and ability to create visually appealing posts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency in brand voice
Knowledge of SEO and how social media impacts search rankings
Ability to analyse data and provide insights to improve social media performance
Creative and forward-thinking, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns at once
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating with a team
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
