Administrative and Financial Operations Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in finance and administration, with a strong understanding of logistics and billing processes?
We are seeking a highly organized and methodical Administrative and Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Time Personnel.
About the Role:
- Verify the accuracy of billings against contracted rates
- Manage rates and billing queries for allocated customers
- Check loaded rates to contracts and perform recalculations as needed
- Ensure completeness of customer billings
- Communicate with operations, sales, and other relevant parties regarding billing requirements
- Assist with preparing and managing data required for customer billing summaries
- Manage debtors and billing related requirements
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification or higher
- Relevant qualification advantageous
- Computer literate in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Intermediate level
- Experience in finance/admin-related roles (3-5 years)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
