As part of SanlamConnect, Succession Financial Planning (SFP) is a financial services provider with a focus on the Registered Financial Adviser (RFA), looking to grow a professional practice while offering holistic financial planning to their clients. SFP is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Sanlam Group. What will you do?
What will you do?

**Output/Core Tasks**:
2. Develop and maintain digital tool/support kits for intermediary use
3. Maintain a digital ‘content library’/SFP portal
5. Developing and maintaining SFPs client’s brand identity and guidelines.
6. Track analytics on traffic to the platforms
7. Create and facilitate content for intermediaries.
8. /Facilitate monthly newsletter processes for uploading onto platforms
9. Assist with problem solving and investigations

Qualification & experience
- Grade 12
- Suitable qualification in Digital Studies/Web design/Media Management
- 1-2 years’ work experience work in a digital media support function

Knowledge and skills

**IT**:

- MS: Office (Excel, Word, PP, Outlook)
- SharePoint
- Basic website design
- Website analytics
- Graphic design

**Business/management**:

- Financial Services industry knowledge (BASIC)
- Understand the Advisor/Broker business model and customer VP (BASIC)
- Brand and CI guidelines and practices
- Creating training support material (i.e.: manuals, processes)
- Content management processes and guidelines
- Marketing and communication principles and processes
- Digital strategy and policy
- Mobile marketing principles
- Content marketing principles
