The corporate office in Centurion and Mining Operations in Limpopo and Mpumalanga, Kiboko Projects is providing exciting employment opportunities for highly energized and self-driven professionals. The incumbent will be based at our client site in Delmas, Mpumalanga.

**PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**

The purpose of this role is to be responsible for the provision of various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and organiational development (OD) within the organisation.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- National Diploma in Human Resources (NQF6 or equivalent)
- At least 3 - 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources position
- Understanding of Human Resources Partner Models
- Proven experience in Organisational Development
- Proven Experience in Planning and project management
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and good presentation skills
- Experience in mining or mining equipment environment will be an advantage
- Possession of a valid Driver’s License

**CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**

Take all reasonable measures to ensure that all persons under your charge are properly and adequately instructed on the correct and proper use of such machinery or equipment.
- Perform job design and recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on Human
Resources related issues.
- Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and disciplinary actions.
- Support in the implementation of Human Resources programs and initiatives.
- Stay updated on Human Resources best practices and legislations.

**REMUNERATION**
- Market-Related Compensation
