Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Manage and improving the operations systems, processes, and policies in support of organizations mission. This is significant to support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.

- Control and overseeing inventory.
- Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output.

- Monitor and evaluate staff performance.
- Coordinate and monitor the work of various departments involved in production, warehousing, and distribution of goods.
