At Cre8work, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure seamless delivery of internal and external services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the warehouse team to achieve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Manage stock control, receiving, and dispatch processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Conduct weekly cycle counts and report on variances
  • Prepare for and conduct monthly stocktakes
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety policies and regulations
  • Manage costs within budget and optimize resource allocation
  • Maintain Bond warehouse compliance with SARS regulations
  • Implement and maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Logistics or Warehouse Management (desirable)
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Sage Evolution (preferable)
  • Able to work overtime when required
  • Own transport and license essential
  • Basic tyre knowledge or automotive experience (desirable)
