**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fleet Management**: Monitor vehicle performance, maintenance schedules, and compliance with safety regulations.
- **Cost Efficiency**: Optimize operations to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability.
- **Client Relations**: Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all operations adhere to local, state, and federal regulations, including hours-of-service laws and transportation guidelines.
- **Performance Tracking**: Use data analytics to monitor KPIs and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- **Problem Solving**: Handle operational challenges such as delays, breakdowns, or staffing issues with quick and effective solutions.

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the trucking or logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of fleet management, routing software, and logistics systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
