Clients Support Administrator

**Job Duties/Responsibilities will include**:
Ensure that daily jobs are allocated to contractors.
Co-ordinate stock required from the warehouse to contractor.
Ensure that Manage Engine tickets are closed on behalf of contractors timeously and in accordance with agreed SLA’s.
Ensure that contractor comments are up to date on Manage Engine and CMS.
Scrutinize all contractor invoices and sign off documents to ensure accuracy.
Submit contractor invoices for payment on agreed dates, twice monthly, to finance.
Follow up on all pending quotes and escalate to Helpdesk for attention.
Create quotes and send to client for approval upon request from Support Technician.
Matric
Minimum 3 years’ Service/Help Desk experience
Xero & DEAR inventory
Client focused.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Technically Proficient.
