Client Relationship Administrator

**The big picture**:
The CKH Group is looking for a dynamic person to join in the role of Client relationship administrator. This will suit someone with good organizational and communication skills wanting to work internationally. You will be part of a team spread across various geographies and oversee the client relationships and reporting activities for a portfolio client. Your clients will predominantly be US Corporations with Global Footprints.
The Client relationship administrators will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the client relationship, providing the engagement lead with the necessary support and visibility
**We will trust you to**:
- Acts as a liaison between the organization and the client
- Be the first point of contact for the client
- Understanding the client needs, with the support of HR, sourcing appropriate talent for client engagements
- Taking full ownership to onboarding staff with the client to ensure they have settled in well
- Creating and presenting quarterly SOW (FTE), with the support of HR
- Attending to day to day needs of the staff and clients, ensuring client staff planners are correct
- Weekly tracking of time worked for billing purposes
- Tracking in excel and reporting overall progress, ensuring that all deadlines are met
- Prepare monthly billing schedules on a timely manner
- Prepare and submit required reports, built in excel, Project manager(s) and Engagement lead(s) on the agreed schedule and in the required format
- Gathering and addressing feedback on staff performance from team leads
- Escalating matters to Engagement lead
- Facilitating weekly/regular call(s) with client(s), minute taking
- Provide the engagement lead with visibility
- Agreement reached in terms of quarterly SOW, including leave presented
- Billing schedule
- Staff assessments
- Minutes meetings
- Team feedback & separate feedback from team leads
- Improve processes, creating efficiencies through innovation and automation
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administrator
- Good MS Office skills, especially in using Excel
- 2-4 years of experience in similar role
- Fluency in English (Written and Verbal Skills)
- Ability to organize large amounts of data
- Great attention to detail
- Good communication skills with proactive, supportive and positive approach
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to travel in accordance with client and other job requirements
