Customer Resolutions Associate
**Job Brief**
Urang Property Management oversees more than 400 residential and commercial blocks throughout London and is continually expanding due to referrals from satisfied clients and lessees. We also provide property management services for landlords renting out their properties. Our extensive experience has enabled us to establish top-notch quality control systems, ensuring we are swift, flexible, and responsive. This allows us to seamlessly handle new instructions of any size, guaranteeing our clients receive the highest level of professionalism from the outset.
This role is ideal for someone experienced in remote working and who lives within an easy commute to Stellenbosch, Cape Town.
**Responsibilities**
- Receive and document all internal complaints, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.
- Log complaints into the designated tracking system and assign them to the appropriate team members for investigation and resolution.
- Monitor the progress of complaints, ensuring they are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communicate with stakeholders involved in the complaints process, providing updates and gathering necessary information for resolution.
- Follow our complaints procedure to ensure complaints are handled according to established protocols and regulations.
- Compile reports on complaint trends, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions to prevent recurring issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to address systemic issues contributing to complaints.
- Assist in designing and improving the complaints handling process.
**Requirements**:
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Knowledge of complaint management systems or CRM software is a plus.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to complaint handling is desirable.
- Willingness and ability to help design and improve the complaints handling process.
**Working Hours**: 09:00 to 18:00, Monday - Friday
**Salary**: R16,000 - R18,000 per month (depending on experience)
**Contract**: Permanent
