**JOB PURPOSE**
We're expanding, and we need an exceptional individual based in Cape Town, to join us as a part time Finance Administrator. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a keen eye for detail, and have excellent administration skills, this might just be the role for you.
**KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**:
- Place orders on Amazon as per requirements.
- Follow up on Pleo transactions.
- Chase outstanding invoices effectively.
- Handle sporadic tasks on OneDrive.
- Process PCNs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Undertake other ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Previous experience in administration is preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Exposure to finance-related tasks is advantageous.

**SALARY AND BENEFITS**:
- R 10 000 per month
- Training
- Monday-Friday, this is a part-time position, with hours allocated for half-days. (SA)
- Remote role
**Note**: This is a remote role that requires you to be based in Cape Town due to the occasional office visit in Stellenbosch. You will also be required to have reliable internet access during working hours and periods of extended load shedding.
