**Job Advert Summary**:
Provides a hygienic refreshment service to all personnel in the Technical Building, Assists the Maintenance manager and Maintenance Secretary with allocated routine office duties and maintains all offices of Maintenance.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Grade 12 with 1 year’s relevant administrative experience.
- 1 year experience as a messenger in a typical admin environment.
- Must be literate.
- Computer literate
**Primary Duties**:
- Accurate filing for Maintenance section.
- Offices cleaned as per agreement.
- Meeting/Function venues are prepared before events start and tidied after events are completed.
- Delegated administrative functions are conducted as required (e.g., capturing data, photocopying, distributing post, etc.)
- Refreshments prepared for visitors.
- Monitor photocopy usage.
- Accurate record keeping of time sheets.
