Qualifications, Skills and Competencies Required:

- Grade 12
- At least 2 years’ experience in an receiving & dispatch role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines
- Sound understanding and commitment to perform duties
- The ability to influence others to provide information and to make things happen
- At least 2 years’ experience on SAGE Accounting
- Experience working on MS Office programmes
- Knowledge of Electrical business practices would be advantageous
- ISO experience will be a bonus

Duties Dispatch:

- Ensure all contents of the order are checked thoroughly with the customer to ensure accuracy of stock when being dispatched.
- Ensure that full payment has been received/confirmed with accounts dept when releasing any orders
- Assisting customers with queries
- Scanning of POD’s / Invoices if required
- The retrieval of POD’s / Invoices when needed from Filing Room
- Communicate problems to management
- Assisting in the movement of stock from other depts. when the need arises
- Moving of stock from Collections to Deliveries / Couriers.
- Accountable for handling and safe keeping of stock
- Other duties as required by management

Duties Receiving:

- Ensure all contents of the order are checked thoroughly with the customer to ensure customer satisfaction and accuracy of stock when being dispatched.
- Ensure that full payment has been received/confirmed with accounts dept when releasing any orders
- Handling of POD’s / Invoices and send to correct sales person
- General administration and housekeeping of Collection cage and work area
- Moving of stock from Collections to Deliveries / Couriers when requested by team.
- Assisting customers with queries
- Assisting in the movement of stock from other departments
- Problem solving and solution implementation.
- A high level of interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Ability to plan ahead and pay attention to detail
- Ability to think beyond the immediate problem
- Problem solving and solutions
- Good Time Keeping
- Good communication Skills

General administration and housekeeping

**Salary**: R12 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
