**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Real Estate Assistant to join our team. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth and efficient operation of our real estate business. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, maintenance requests, lease renewals, appointments, inspections, paperwork, general office tasks, and property listings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Property Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective tenants, buyers, and sellers, providing accurate information and scheduling property viewings as needed.
- Maintenance Coordination: Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs for our properties, ensuring timely and cost-effective resolution.
- Lease Renewals: Assist in the renewal process, communicating with tenants and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
- Appointment Scheduling: Manage the scheduling of appointments for property showings, inspections, and meetings.
- Property Inspections: Conduct property inspections and prepare detailed reports, ensuring properties are well-maintained.
- Paperwork and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to property management, leases, and transactions.
- General Office Tasks: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and office organization.
- Listings Management:Update property listings on websites and marketing platforms, ensuring they are current and attractive to potential clients.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in property management or real estate is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus.

How to Apply:
**Salary**: From R6,000.00 per month
