Join our team at L'Oréal and become a driving force in the world of luxury beauty We are searching for a passionate and results-oriented Key Account Manager to join our dynamic Luxe Division in Woodmead, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

As a Key Account Manager, You Will
  1. Be the vital link between our prestigious brands and key accounts, cultivating strong relationships and driving sales growth to maximize our brand presence.
  2. Develop and implement strategic account plans, including leading Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with top-level stakeholders.
  3. Leverage your deep understanding of the luxury consumer and market dynamics to shape account strategy through both a brand and retailer lens.
  4. Analyze sales data, track competitor activities, and monitor market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
  5. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market strategies and promotional plans.
  6. Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering results.
You Are The Ideal Candidate If You Have
  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Key Account Management or a related field within the luxury sector, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
  2. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations and secure win-win partnerships.
  3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build lasting relationships.
  4. A deep understanding of the luxury beauty industry, including market dynamics, consumer insights, and the competitive landscape.
  5. A proactive and entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating ownership, initiative, and a passion for innovation.
