Position Summary
A pharmaceutical company based in Silverton, Pretoria, is looking for a Finance Administrator to join its finance team. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and maintaining proper billing records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and send invoices and credit notes to clients accurately and on time.
- Maintain and update billing records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and assist in debt collection processes.
- Ensure billing systems and records are up to date.
- Assist in preparing financial reports related to billing.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes.
- Adhere to company policies and industry regulations related to billing.
- Co-ordinate or assist with the logistics planning of daily deliveries to customers.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a full-time position based in Silverton, Pretoria.
