As the Business Development Manager, you will work with a dynamic team of professionals and develop your skills. Your duties will include but are not limited to driving the company's business growth and building market position.
Responsibilities:
- Identify sales target and leaders of opinion.
- Present our products and services to new clients.
- Conduct market research on a regular basis.
- Identify key markets and provide input.
- Build strategies for specified markets.
- Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
- Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
- Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
- Attend major industry events.
- Document business development activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field;
- Experience in business development in the CFD brokerage industry, with a proven track record of success;
- Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and services, particularly in CFD trading;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Strong negotiation and sales skills;
- Experience with CRM systems and other business development tools;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities;
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance issues in the CFD brokerage industry.
