Execute direct sales strategies, promote our services, and drive customer acquisition through face-to-face interactions and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential customers through direct sales efforts, including cold calling, networking, and events.
Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products and services to prospective clients.
Develop and implement tailored sales and marketing plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
Attend industry-related events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote products and expand market presence.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
A year of experience in direct sales, marketing, or a similar role would be an advantage
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
