**Sales Position at One and Only Direct:**

We are a leading sales organization seeking a talented Entry-Level Sales Agent to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to launch their sales career and develop valuable skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with leads and customers to address questions, concerns, and facilitate the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share insights and strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Meet individual and team sales targets and contribute to overall team success.

Essential Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic about sales.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior sales experience is not required, but a passion for selling and a willingness to learn is essential.
