If so, we want YOU to join our team as a Junior Account Manager Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development Drive revenue and volume growth in the Inland region, identify new sales opportunities, and expand revenue streams. Key Account Management Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty. Market Expansion Service distributors, food service, and manufacturing segments, identifying business opportunities. Strategic Negotiation Negotiate B2B contracts, analyze competitors, and recommend pricing strategies for profitable business flows. Marketing & Promotions Mobilize trade shows, marketing initiatives, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand presence. Forecast & Logistics Coordination Work closely with logistics for accurate forecasting and pallet management. Reporting & Market Intelligence Gather, analyze, and present market insights to inform strategic decision-making. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales & marketing experience in the airline or fats & oils industry Proven B2B sales experience in the fats & oils sector Strong negotiation and analytical skills Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Word, and Excel Ability to adapt quickly to market changes and seize new opportunities Passion for customer service, teamwork, and results-driven sales Success Metrics: Achieving revenue and volume targets Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Providing accurate and timely market intelligence reports Supporting and collaborating with the team to drive business success Be part of a leading company in the fats & oils industry Work with a dynamic and passionate team Drive growth in a competitive B2B market Competitive salary and growth opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
