Our Client is seeking a Key Accounts Manager to join their dynamic team in the fats and oils industry. Responsibilities Support the execution of the regional sales plan to achieve revenue and volume targets. Identify and develop new B2B opportunities across the Distribution, Food Service, and Manufacturing segments. Build strong customer relationships, provide ongoing service, and ensure high satisfaction. Manage and grow existing and Key Accounts while prospecting for new business. Collaborate with internal teams for accurate forecasting, pallet planning, and stock management. Ensure all credit applications are processed and assist with AR follow-up. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and promotional strategies. Represent the business at trade shows, promotions, and industry events. Provide regular reports on customer activity, sales performance, and market insights. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in accounts, sales and marketing. Must have experience in selling fats and oil in the B2B space. Must have FMCG experience. Keen interest in commercial sales and trading within essential goods (fats, oils, flour, sugar). Basic understanding of sales forecasting, credit processes, and supply chain coordination. Strong analytical skills, exceptional negotiator and ability to influence. Proficient in PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel.
