Overview We are seeking a Trade Marketer / Merchandiser in the High End Beverage Industry with great potential for growth. Location & Salary Location: Sandton - JohannesburgSalary: Market Related Requirements Matric (Grade 12) mandatory. Relevant merchandising experience (Retail / FMCG industry preferred). 3–5 years’ experience mandatory in Sales & Merchandising - Beverage Industry. Hardworking, driven, and self-motivated. Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Highly organised, analytical, and detail-oriented. Ability to work independently under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships. Results-oriented with a proven ability to spot and seize opportunities. Logical thinker with good decision-making ability. Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle mandatory. Willingness to travel within allocated territory. Duties Collaborate with suppliers, sales teams, and stores to ensure effective execution of merchandising plans. Rearrange and replace fixtures, shelves, and displays to maximize product visibility and turnover. Manage store inventory, track stock levels, and reorder products where required. Monitor expiry dates and implement monthly stock rotation in line with company procedures. Plan, coordinate, and install promotional displays to drive revenue growth. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular quality calls and visits. Analyse sales figures and market trends, reporting on growth opportunities and challenges. Ensure optimal execution of store layout plans and maintain accurate product inventory. Provide feedback through store visit commentary and photographic reporting. Ad hoc duties as reasonably requested by management. Why Join Us?
