Vice President 1 EXL Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa Responsibilities Process Transition: Manage transition of processes with end-to-end accountability, establishing strong communication and governance plan. Transition Review: Conduct reviews with internal and external business leaders on overall transition planning and execution, mentor transition managers. Solution & implementation design: Build customized solutions for new client engagements, create compelling value proposition, develop transition and implementation solutions, provide inputs for effective pricing. Op-ID & DD: Perform due diligence/OP-ID exercise for trial business, prepare statement of work, recommend outsourcing based on capabilities. Building Capability: Innovate the transition function by developing improved frameworks and new tools, reassess approaches, incorporate lessons across engagements. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs for Transition Managers (functional, domain, developmental). Performance Parameters On-time steady state Average transitions days Customer satisfaction (internal and external) Rating by sales lead / solution architect Process improvement applicability evaluation, proposal creation, roadmap implementation, client sign-off on benefits Primary Internal Interactions Process Transition: interaction with business users, senior management, HR, facilities, IT personnel. Transition Reviews: business leaders, program leads, transition managers, operations leads, operations managers, quality and PE team. Solution & implementation design: BD team, strategic deal team, designated operations and enabling functions. Building Capability: corporate transition team, operating leads, quality and PE team. Training & Development: program leads, transition managers, training function, external vendors as needed. Primary External Interactions Client stakeholders: present solution and transition capabilities, address questions, set up new implementations.
