YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES As the Customer & Champ Care Coordinator, you'll be responsible for : Coordinating your allocated clients, including Understanding their requirements, Forming a close relationship with them, Compiling weekly reports as well as weekly automated invoice generation. Coordinating your allocated Care teams, including Forming a close relationship with the Caregiver, Companion and Nurse Champs, Capturing relevant information (ongoing), Schedule allocation, Payouts, and The submission of reports. Remuneration : Depending on your experience, we're offering a remuneration package from R R/month basic plus an attractive commission structure ranging between R R/month. Hours & Leave This really depends on you and your ability to manage client retainers. Hours : Our flexible hours schedule allows employees to start between 7am-9am. You'll be expected to work 40 hours / week and receive 15 leave days annually. Qualifications Experienced doing administrative tasks Organised and detail-orientated Adept in technology and have proven experience working with different computer software and systems Confident to engage with clients over the phone and manage Care teams across the country Customer‑centric, i.e. able to build and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers (Ideally) experienced in the healthcare, nursing, and / or caregiving sector , andA matriculant, and (ideally) a tertiary education graduate Bonus, i.e. not required About Us Thanks to our platform and custom CareChamp app, we're connecting those in need of quality care with certified caregivers, registered nurses, and companions.
