The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill business staffing needs. Additional responsibilities include creating job descriptions, posting job openings, hosting recruitment drives, and building strong talent pipelines to meet current and future organizational needs. The Recruiter will work closely with the HR team to ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring process. Qualifications Proficiency in recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and talent acquisition Strong interviewing and assessment skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders Experience with recruitment tools, ATS software, and social media platformsKnowledge of local labor laws and best hiring practices Strong organizational and time-management skills Problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in corporate travel or relevant industries is a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time #J-18808-Ljbffr
