The Role:
**Job Purpose**

In this role you are required to create and implement an operational recruitment process and tracking system that is inclusive on equal employment practices in line with Isonâ??s strategy by using a variety of platforms and search engines, and to optimise the techniques used for advertisements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking a proactive approach to the implementation of the recruitment process
- Ensuring compliance to all legislative requirements related to recruitment i.e. EE targets, BCEA, etc.
- Collating CVs, filtering, and screening according to the inherent requirements of the role profile
- Capturing of recruitment information onto the relevant system
- Creating a talent pool of readily available resources for projects
- Posting and advertising positions
- Requesting references, required security clearance checks, and checking the suitability of applicants before presenting to hiring manager
- Secure and coordinate interviews
- Ensure continuous maintenance of all recruitment and selection databases and all other relevant documentation

Skills and Experience:

- National Diploma/Degree in Human Resources advantageous
- Previous bulk recruitment experience advantageous
- BPO/Contact Centre experience non-negotiable.
- Employed with iSon (including period with Altron) for at least 1 year
- Clear behavior and disciplinary record.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS ROLE WILL BE INITIALLY FOR A 6 month SECONDMENT. AFTER THE MONTHS BASED ON PERFORMANCE THE ROLE WILL OFFICIALLY BE MADE OFFICIALLY PERMANENT.
