Our client is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join their team in Stellenbosch, WC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing logistics, and supporting various business functions, including administration, research, and development. Responsibilities Communicate with customers and retailers. Conduct stock takes and manage inventory levels. Oversee logistics, including sending out parcels and stock to retailers. Handle social media campaigns and assist with business growth initiatives. Conduct research and development, including publishing medical papers and overseeing clinical trial logistics. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries. Perform basic accounting and administrative tasks. Serve as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments. Work with vendors to procure necessary materials and services. Optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Develop and implement streamlined operational procedures. Assess and enhance workflows for continuous improvement. Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and improvements. Generate reports on key performance indicators. Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects. Track project timelines and milestones. Implement and maintain quality control measures. Conduct regular audits to ensure operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Proven experience in operations coordination or a similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement. Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools. Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle pressure with a positive attitude. Benefits Salary: negotiable.
