Vacancy: Trade Execution Co-Ordinator Department: Operations Location: Stellenbosch - Western Cape Position Type: Permanent Responsibilities Capturing data into the system. Booking of trucks to load daily in the system. Communicate with different stakeholders. Responsible for reconciliation of daily capturing versus the system. Ensure all loading information is captured daily. Contract management. Following up on trucks not off loaded. Minimum qualifications and experience National Senior Certificate (Grade 12). Minimum 2 to 5 years solid administrative experience. Knowledge of the grain industry, sunflowers and soybean. Skills, Knowledge and experience Proficient Excel skills, good communication. Systems savvy, and/or experience using ERP systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated experience in administrative tasks – reporting. Customer service oriented. Good interpersonal and organizing skills. Ability to prioritize effectively, with excellent time management skills. The ability to be proactive and work under pressure. Ability to handle conflict situations well and establish a plan/strategy that reduces future situations. Problem solving and driving action plans. Critical thinkers with emotional resilience to overcome obstacles. Self-confident and self-assured approach. Establish good and professional internal and external relationships.
