Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Gauteng team. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Implementation – develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets. Client Relationship Management – build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs and uncovering new opportunities. Collaboration – work closely with Business Unit Managers to ensure that proposals and solutions align with client needs and capabilities. Sales Cycle Management – manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including contract and pricing negotiations. Sales Collateral Development – partner with marketing to create compelling sales collateral, case studies, and presentations. Market Insight – monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to the management team. Solution Expertise – experience selling software data solutions or similar offerings; strong knowledge of Microsoft solutions is preferred. Minimum Requirements Proven experience in solution selling within software or custom software development. Own reliable vehicle and valid South African driver's licence. Strong understanding of Microsoft platforms and solutions.
