- A stable background in a sales management role within the hardware / buildware industry
- Must be able to provide payslips
- Energetic / vibrant personality
- Be able to manage a team of 10+ employees
- Tertiary qualification in sales; management or similar
- Team Leadership : Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed sales goals. This includes analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and ensure high levels of service.
- Sales Reporting : Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and analyze data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development : Train and mentor sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
- Inventory Management : Oversee inventory levels to ensure stock availability while minimizing excess inventory and reducing stock-outs.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Marketing and Promotions : Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and sales events.
- Customer Feedback : Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services and address any issues.
- Compliance and Procedures : Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations
