- Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on equipment selection and usage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Provide product demonstrations and answer technical questions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Business Development:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share in the local market.
- Identify potential leads and grow the customer base through outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings to effectively position the companys products.
- Inventory and Order Management:
- Assist in managing inventory levels and coordinating with the warehouse team for timely delivery of products.
- Process sales orders, ensure correct documentation, and coordinate follow-up on orders and deliveries.
- Reporting and Targets:
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets set by the company.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
- Monitor and analyze customer sales data to adjust sales strategies as needed.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in outdoor power equipment, hardware, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of lawn and garden machinery (lawnmowers, trimmers, chainsaws, etc.) is highly desirable.
