**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Gap Consulting. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our sales team, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Team Development: Identify and develop the skills and abilities of our sales team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the demands of the role.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of our sales team, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a Senior Managerial role within the FMCG sector.
  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing Management, or a relevant field.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced Excel abilities, strong people management skills, and experience with Retail and Wholesale.
  • Other: Valid driver's license, ability to travel, clear criminal and credit record, and contactable references.
