Credit Controller

Monitor credit limits & collection of all outstanding amounts.
Ensure all accounts are followed up weekly to ensure accounts trade at approved credit limit.
Month end customer statements
Invoices and required documentation must be send to clients when requested.
Reconciliations
Credit notes
Process loyal client rebate credits
Release sales orders in accordance with levels of authority.
New account credit applications must be completed in full
Cover to be obtained from credit insurer
Invoice discounting
Assist with monthly ID bank audit
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
