Junior Bookkeeper

**Job Details**

Excellent opportunity to join our team based in Gardens using your Books to Balance sheet and Management Accounts experience. Your tertiary qualification or experience working within hospitality will be highly advantageous, excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Matric
- Tertiary qualification advantageous
- Min 4 - 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Own vehicle
- Solid computer literacy
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good team player attributes

**DUTIES**:

- Reporting to the Financial Manager
- Bookkeeping to Balance Sheet
- Knowledge of Management Accounts
- Monitor all credit and debts transactions
- Management reports with month end
- Processing bank statements
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Ensure transactions are accurately and timeously processing
- Monitor petty cash
- Capture of all new member on accounting package
- Facilitate payments on invoices received
- Manage Year End Audits
- Paye / UIF / SDL
- Control and manage monthly contracts

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping Forest, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
