Who are we looking for?
We are seeking a highly skilled HubSpot CRM & Data Specialist to manage, optimise, and enhance our HubSpot CRM. If you are experienced in data management, analysis, and supporting sales, customer success, and marketing through data-driven insights, we’d love to hear from you.
What will you do?
Targeted Database Segmentation:
Segment customer data for tailored campaigns and optimise data structures for seamless reporting.Data Management and Integrity:
Maintain data quality through regular cleaning, deduplication, and validation.
Manage data imports, exports, and updates to ensure accuracy.Insightful Data Analysis and Reporting:
Create actionable insights and custom dashboards to track KPIs like acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.Revenue Operations Strategy:
Support customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies.
Develop dashboards to track metrics like sales pipeline, lead conversion, churn, and renewals.Data Integration and Compliance:
Coordinate system integrations and ensure compliance with data regulations.Process Optimization and Documentation:
Identify workflow improvements and document processes for efficient data handling.Collaborative CRM Support:
Work with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to meet data needs and provide CRM support.
Train users on best practices and enhance CRM functionality.Strategic Process Automation and Optimization:
Identify automation opportunities to scale operations and improve efficiency.
Conduct root cause analysis to address challenges effectively.Lead-to-Revenue Oversight:
Oversee lead distribution and follow-up processes.
Collaborate with sales leadership to provide tools, training, and insights for improved performance.
What do you need?
- 4–7 years of experience in HubSpot CRM management, marketing automation, and sales enablement.
- HubSpot certification (additional certifications are a plus).
- Proven experience in the B2B SaaS sector, particularly in the US market.
- Proficiency in setting up workflows, managing email sequences, and building custom reports in HubSpot.
- Experience with HubSpot integrations and troubleshooting data flow issues.
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, sales funnels, and customer journey mapping.
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration and presenting insights.
- A focus on data integrity, analysis, and aligning revenue-related functions.
