Desired Experience & Qualification

Knowledge and experience

  • 5 Years proven experience in supporting JDA applications, such as JDA dispatcher, JDA Supply Chain Planning, or JDA Transportation & Logistics.
  • Familiarity with SQL queries.
  • Relevant certifications in JDA applications or supply chain management (e.g., JDA Certified Professional) would be a plus.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes, including demand forecasting, inventory optimization.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues, employing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users experiencing issues with JDA applications, including troubleshooting and problem resolution.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of JDA applications and systems, identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and business analysts, to investigate and resolve complex application problems.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for application failures and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Perform regular application maintenance activities, such as applying patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to escalate and resolve critical application issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users on the effective use of JDA applications and associated tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in JDA technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
