A Logistics company is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth in their transport and logistics business. Youll identify new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and deliver tailored logistics solutions that drive revenue and efficiency.Key Responsibilities: As a Business Developer, youll drive new business acquisition by identifying and pursuing clients, crafting strategic plans, and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Youll build trust-based relationships, ensuring client satisfaction while spotting opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell. With a focus on revenue growth, youll meet and exceed sales targets, maintain detailed pipeline reports, and present results to leadership. Representing the company at industry events, youll stay ahead of market trends, rates, and innovations to keep us competitive.Job Experience and Skills Required: Minimum 35 years experience in business development, marketing, or sales within Transport & Logistics, with a strong understanding of taut liner freight (national and cross-border) and side tipper operations (national mining).
