Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric.
  • Relevant qualification in either property or finance.
  • Advantageous: Vehicle and valid Drivers License.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a property-focused company is essential.
  • Accounting Software experience (e.g., Sage, Xero).
  • Essential: Experience working with the MDA Property Management system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee leasing administration and manage financial accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct account and general ledger reconciliations, addressing audit inquiries efficiently.
  • Resolve tenant-related queries, including levy and municipal statement concerns, promptly.
  • Collaborate with solicitors, agents, and other stakeholders to monitor sales contract progress.
  • Draft and prepare contracts as required.
  • Leverage MDA Property Systems or Xero Accounting software; prior experience is advantageous.
  • Respond to general, telephone, and email inquiries, providing exceptional support.
