Collaboration & Brand Positioning : Partner across teams to deliver integrated solutions and entrench the Bank's brand in the region. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent NQF7 qualification) in Finance, Commerce, or related field, FAIS‑alignedli> RE1 – Regulatory Examination for Key Individuals : Required for approval as a Key Individual to oversee fit and proper compliance within Financial Services. RE5 – Regulatory Examination for Representatives : Required to provide financial advice and intermediary services under FAIS. Proven Leadership : 8–10 years' senior leadership experience in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Affluent Client Services, leading teams of 10+ in a highly competitive market. Business Growth & Market Expansion : Demonstrated success in building and growing profitable client portfolios, driving market share, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. Credit Structuring & Risk Management : Extensive experience in preparing and motivating credit applications, partnering with Credit to deliver quality lending decisions, and managing portfolio health. Financial & Operational Expertise : Strong track record in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, governance, and implementing integrated, multi‑product solutions to meet complex client needs.
