We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to support and grow its Personal Care raw materials portfolio . The role is well suited to early-career commercial professionals with ambition to build a long-term career in personal care ingredients, sales, and technical market development. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys customer engagement, learning about formulas and raw materials, exploring market trends, and developing strong commercial relationships. You will receive hands‑on mentorship from senior commercial managers and grow into an independent trader within 1–2 years. What You’ll Be Doing Develop new business within the Personal Care portfolio Manage customer relationships and support key accounts Prepare quotes, assist with pricing and negotiate basic commercial terms Coordinate orders end‑to‑end with logistics and supply chain Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs Work closely with global suppliers and technical teams Participate in product, formulation and commercial training Who You Are Energetic, driven and curious about the Personal Care industry Strong communicator with solid commercial instincts Able to build relationships and identify opportunities Analytical, organised and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Qualifications Degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Sales, Business, or Supply Chain (advantageous) COSCHEM Qualification advantage 2+ years in sales, business development, chemical distribution or personal care ingredients Strong MS Office skills; ERP/SAP experience beneficial What’s on Offer A clear commercial career pathway with rapid development Technical & commercial training from local and international teams Exposure to global Personal Care ingredient suppliers Competitive package with performance‑based incentives A dynamic environment for young professionals eager to grow If you’re passionate about Personal Care and want a role with long‑term growth, this opportunity is for you.
