The Role: Director-Level Business Development HunterThis is a senior-level sales role for a proven hunter who can originate and qualify high-value opportunities. You'll be responsible for driving strategic growth through identifying large-scale business prospects, booking top-tier sales appointments, and nurturing deals valued at £50,000+. The focus is quality over quantityconnecting with key decision-makers and enabling the Managing Director to close on impactful, long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities Minimum 5 years of senior B2B sales or enterprise business development experienceIdentify, research, and qualify large enterprise leads (£50,000+ value)Secure 45 high-quality director-level appointments per weekBuild relationships with Facilities, Operations, and H&S Directors at national and multi-site organisationsUse a consultative approach to deeply understand client challenges and align solutionsMaintain a clean, accurate pipeline with diligent CRM usageProvide market insights to inform company strategy and improve targetingSupport repeat business by nurturing key accounts and referralsMeet KPIs related to appointment setting, deal progression, and conversionAbout You At least 5 years of experience in enterprise-level B2B sales or strategic business developmentStrong track record of booking qualified appointments and driving high-value deal flowConfident in C-suite engagement with a consultative, insight-led approachComfortable working remotely with self-motivation and accountabilityAble to think strategically while executing sales tasks efficientlyExperience in safety, compliance, or data-driven service industries is advantageousStrong communication and research skills essential
