Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with company goals Identify and secure new commercial and industrial markets across Africa Build and maintain strategic partnerships and distribution channels Analyse sales performance, KPIs, and market trends to optimise results Manage regional budgets, resources, and operational efficiency Lead customer engagement to ensure brand consistency and satisfaction Requirements: 10+ years’ experience in sales/marketing in relevant industries Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop business strategies Experience managing regional performance, budgets, and teams Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented Willingness to travel across Africa Self-starter who can work independently Based in Gauteng.
