The Role We're hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive our pipeline and set appointments with decision‑makers at leading schools worldwide. This isn't a typical SDR position—you'll work directly with our founders, own the top of our sales funnel, and play a critical role in our growth. What You'll Do Manage and optimise our sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities move forward consistently Draft compelling, personalised emails to headteachers, principals, and school leaders at prestigious institutions Set qualified appointments for our sales team with high-value prospects Collaborate closely with the founding team on outreach strategy Use AI tools intelligently while ensuring all communication feels authentically human Track, measure, and improve outreach performance Who You Are You're the person who notices typos in published books. You studied English Literature at university because you genuinely love language. You've somehow ended up in sales—and you're good at it—but you've never lost that obsession with getting words exactly right. Essential Degree in English Literature, Journalism, or a related field Impeccable grammar and an almost obsessive attention to written detail Proven track record in sales, business development, or appointment setting A genuine love of reading and writing Highly organised and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment Preferred Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B sales to educational institutions Understanding of the UK independent and international school landscape Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools Why This Role Matters This might look like an SDR role on paper, but we see it as a growth engine. You'll be the person who opens doors to the UK's most prestigious schools.
