Sales Development Representative (SDR) Location Preference: South Africa, Europe or LATAM Hours: Flexible 20-40 hours weekly About the Client A trusted automotive service provider based in the US specializing in high-quality car repair and maintenance for local customers. With a reputation for reliability and professionalism they are expanding their outreach and customer acquisition efforts to better serve their growing client base. Role Overview We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our client's team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with prospects qualifying leads and driving business growth through structured sales outreach. As the first point of contact for many potential customers you will play a critical role in building strong relationships identifying needs and setting appointments for the sales team. Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting via phone email and social channels. Qualify inbound leads and identify potential opportunities. Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel. Schedule and set up appointments for the sales team. Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular activity reports. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies. Requirements Prior experience in sales lead generation or customer-facing roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal). Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently. Comfortable working across flexible weekly hours (20-40). Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus. Preferred: Previous experience in the automotive industry or related sectors.
